Venue hire for event - Pre authorised deposit - Leia Salter Saturday, 23 July 2022, 14:00 to 18:00

Thanks for booking to hold your event at The Cav! : ) Please provide your card details so we can hold your card for a pre authorised deposit of £150 - No money will be taken now but will be claimed in the following circumstances -

• The hiree must dispose of anything brought in for the event (decorations, posters, balloons, costumes, gas canisters etc) off the premises. Your deposit will be withheld to cover our costs of cleaning and disposal if this is not done before the end of your hire.
• Your deposit will be withheld to cover the costs of repairing any avoidable damage caused to the venue/and or the venue’s equipment.
• 
  
• If you have not vacated the venue by 10.45pm on a Sunday, 11pm Monday - Thursday, and midnight Friday - Saturday, a full claim will be made.

Deposit will be claimed for cancellations with less than 4 weeks notice.

If the venue hire fee is not paid at least 2 weeks before the event, we will take this as a cancellation and the deposit will be claimed.

If your quoted minimum bar spend isn't reached by the end of the evening, half the remaining balance will be charged to your card.

Please also note the following terms and conditions of hire:

1. Smoke/haze machines can not be used.
2. We are an 18+ venue.
3. Only food and drink purchased at the bar is allowed on the premises.
4. STRICTLY NO DRUGS TOLERATED ON OR NEAR THE PREMISES!
5. No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the venue
6. Maximum venue capacity is 70 people.
7. Garden closes at 10.30pm / Live music must finish by 10.30pm Mon-Thurs, 11pm Fri-Sat/ Recorded music must finish by 10.30pm Mon-Thurs, midnight Fri-Sat. Pub closes 11pm Sundays, 11.30pm Mon-Thurs, and 12.45am Fri-Sat - PLEASE WAIT FOR YOUR TAXIS INSIDE THE PUB.
